Our MSP Surgery is back 📢. @ThomasCArthur MSP for Renfrewshire South, will be holding a monthly Carers Advice Surgery in our Centre on the last Friday of each month, with the first being on Friday 28th February from 11am-12pm. Sessions will be 15-20 mins. (1/2)

The sessions are designed for Carers and the person they care for, and we’ll have care staff on hand to ensure everyone gets the most out of the sessions. (3/4).

For the next four weeks, we’ll be focussing on gentle exercise, getting the most nutrition from simple recipes and exploring mindful activities to give our mental health a boost too. 😌.(2/4).
