Me and the other people literally needed to break those fence lines to cut through, the agent turned around and was not even caring. Utter disgrace! This is coming from a random guy who flies on average 70 times a year, so yeah I know a bit about airports...

No help, no understanding whatsoever, no supporting attitude. But yes I did make it to my flight after just hustling my way in and asking kindly lots of people, who themselves were in shock at my conversation with the agent. And it was not just me, 5 other people were the same

But the attitude of the employee I asked support to fastrack me with 25min before my departure left me bewildered. I was in utterly in shock, when he/she/etc requested me to go 1 by 1 to each of the 200+ people in front of me and ask them personally to let me by.

First experience with @lufthansa Appalled by the attitude of the cabin crew when a fully booked flight. It feels that they don't know how to react, behave with the luggage of the people 🤯 Paid for a 1+1, and was told that I should only have brought 1 one in the cabin 😄
