@CaseyWitt_ @ByJasonB @LastDiveBar The answer is no. Nothing has changed since I first shared GLPI wasn’t going to save the day (in Nov. 2024). Neither the ballpark nor a resort are funded. The A’s are investing dozens dollars to help pump up the team’s value prior to selling.
