If we do not use Kannada origin words it will be steadily replaced by other language words & people would say kannada wouldn't exist without those words While Kannada doesn't need a radical reset the onus should definitely be on the usage or even revival of Kannada origin words

Karnataka is just a piece of real estate for companies to employ Non-Kannadigas. If companies in Karnataka are not taking at least 75% of Kannadigas, then it is useless for Kannadigas. Let us atleast preserve our land and resources for ourselves.
My cousin joined an MNC today. 200+ joiners but barely 20 from Karnataka colleges and the rest from other states. If hiring is pan India, office locations should be too. At least this would create more opportunities for different cities.
