Loved how over the weekend, Justin Jefferson stole this route from Cooper Kupp and the broadcast team acted like it was the first time they’ve ever seen it…
We went from: “Matthew Stafford is having a hard time connecting with his receivers, they end practice and go right to their phones”
To: “Matthew Stafford just turned Tutu Atwell and Puka Nacua into the youngest WR duo with 100+ yards since 1958”
In like 2 weeks
Ramsey didn’t get the praise he deserved this past week. Maybe it’s the facemask that wasn’t called, his legs getting tangled on the last play, or his parade absence.
None of that matters. Tape shows he played a helluva game and is still (unanimously) the best DB in the league.
The Rams had:
• More total yards
• More passing yards
• More rushing yards
• More yards per play
• Better third down efficiency
• Less punts, less penalties
• Better time of possession
…but lost. Insanely frustrating.
Cooper Kupp and Deebo Samuel both deserve new contracts. One player showed up to voluntary OTA’s today, while the other is holding out.
Kupp really is different. Think the Rams have built something so unique & there’s a mutual understanding of the task at hand. True champion.
Puka Nacua needs just 103 receiving yards to get to 1,000 total on the season.
He’d be the 1st Rams rookie EVER to haul in 1k receiving yards. In their 86 year history.
🤯🤯🤯
Matthew Stafford will most likely make $15M less per year than Aaron Rodgers in his new deal, despite having the same amount of conference championship and Super Bowl wins.
Matthew Stafford is going to be in the hall of fame one day. Along with Aaron Donald, Von Miller and Andrew Whitworth. Ramsey and Kupp will follow. It’s the best core we’ve ever had. Soak it all in.
All while you were sleeping/drinking your coffee, the Rams:
• Signed 25-year-old S Kam Curl from Washington to a 2-year, $13M deal
• Aaron Donald agrees to restructure his deal, freeing up $9.2M of cap for the 2024 season
• Joe Noteboom agreed to restructure his deal,…
Puka Nacua needs just 146 receiving yards over the next 2 games to break Bill Gorman’s all-time rookie receiving record of 1,473 yards. If he breaks it, he has to be the OROY, right?
The Rams were 3-6 after their loss to the Packers on November 5th. Stafford was hurt, Brett Rypien had just played the worst game ever and fans were sold on the fact that the Rams’ organization was tanking.
Fast forward to New Years Eve. The Rams have won 6 of their last 7 games…
Matthew Stafford threw for 366 yards and 2 touchdowns. A rating of 121.2. He did everything we could’ve wanted him to do in this game. Praise deserved all week.
Happy birthday to Matthew Stafford! Turns 34 years old today. This season has been so much fun, and it’s thanks to our quarterback, the protector of his blind side, and our selfie-loving head coach. 1 more win and we’re all going back to Cabo to celebrate.
Just want to quickly re-iterate the roster calculus that went into this “re-model” and give Les Snead + Sean McVay their well-deserved credit for giving us a legitimate product on the field this season. Quick example:
Puka & Kyren as 5th round picks cost you ~$4MM over 4…
It is truly insane that the Eagles were 10-1 at one point this season, while the Rams were 5-6. One team finished with 11 wins, while the other finished with 10.
Just one seed apart. Eagles are the 5th seed, and the Rams are the 6th seed.
These

basketball highlights are absolutely disgusting. Looks like he’s doing his best Ja Morant impression here. Freak of nature!

Puka Nacua needs 5 receptions for 29 yards against the 49ers next weekend to break the ALL-TIME rookie receptions record (set by Jaylen Waddle) AND the rookie receiving yards record (set by Bill Groman).
Yes. Against the 49ers. How friggen’ sweet would that be?
In case anybody was wondering by reading headlines: Matthew Stafford did absolutely nothing wrong during the parade yesterday, and is paying for it — because he’s the man.
If Jared Goff beats the 49ers today, he’ll be the 1st QB ever under 30 to take two different teams to the Super Bowl.
Impossible not to root for him against our least favorite team/fan base in the world: the 49ers.
Cooper Kupp looks exhausted and pissed after tonight. 14 receptions on 19 targets for 127 yards. Insanity. Gotta find a way to get ARob involved and take some pressure off of him.
Cooper Kupp could finish his career with a Super Bowl MVP, Triple Crown and Walter Payton Man of the Year award. Truly speaks to how great of a person and player he is.
Would imagine it’s the first time a player has won all three of those awards.
December 12th: Fisher fired at 4-9. In his defense, he still had a chance to finish the season 7-9.
January 12th: a National Holiday for Rams fans. The day Sean McVay was hired. We haven’t stopped having fun since.

history, 22 years apart that happened to look very much the same. Kupp and Bruce making that final cut & turning on the burners is cinematic excellence.
Eerily similar, but extraordinarily cool.
Puka Nacua is just 76 yards shy of his first 1,000 yard season. He’d be the first Rams rookie to ever accomplish this, and he could do it in just 12 games. Incredible stuff from Puka this season.
Sounds like the Aaron Donald extension is going to get done today. Being reported on ESPN that the Rams are about to “show Aaron Donald some California Love”
This clip will resurface 100x between now and Sunday. AD hasn’t changed — but he was clearly the vocal leader on the defense at the time.
Allowing guys like Von and Ramsey to assume that role, while AD prepares himself mentally for the biggest game of his life is the difference.
He makes so much sense for the Rams. They’ve already expressed interest, they no longer have to pay ridiculous trade capital to acquire him and would pair perfectly opposite of Byron Young. Aaron Donald and Kobie Turner would also benefit greatly.
Seems like it’s a perfect fit.
Did anybody yesterday have a better game than Aaron Donald? Was as disruptive as he’s ever been last night.
5 tackles, 15 pressures, 3 sacks, 3 QB hits, 1 pass deflection, 3 holding calls, and a partridge in a pear tree. Unbelievable night for 99.
