Our HES spectrometers use a 1 mm, 2 mm or 3 mm fibre rather than an aperture. A fibre aids transmission as light that is usually lost is retained. This makes the HES range significantly more sensitive to identifying Raman scatter. https://t.co/w3zaC1vWTG
