#ONEPIECE1167 So Xebec knew nothing about the Nika-Devil Fruit? I really thought that of the two Devil Fruits he was looking for, at least one would be the Nika DF Maybe the two Devil Fruits he's looking for aren't the Nika DF at all(one). Maybe the Elbaf DF is something else?

No one managed to awaken the nika fruit for the last 800 years only luffy did it. And people call him a nepo baby π. Seeing the way dragon was struggling at god valley tells you that the only thing special about the monkey d family is their strong will and ambitions not genes.
