T No-352-RN-2025-The rules should be made to control the market value of real estate according to the price hike in parity to the growth of fixed money with it's interest. The increase should not be more than 20%.Thus a limit should be made.The illegal properties must be searched

T NO-351-RN-2025-In present time real estate market is too high regarding costs & locations. A common man is unable to purchase a piece of land for his shelter home to get a livelihood. The market price is just double & triple in common areas. It must be controlled accordingly.
