TBS is far, ugly, stinks, feels unsafe with people sleeping at every corner, and the entry from the train station is full w people smoking before you even enter. The signage is confusing, and the overall user experience is terrible

The KLIA Aerotrain reportedly broke down early this morning, forcing passengers to carry their luggage and walk along the dark platform. According to China Press, passengers had to exit the train and walk next to the tracks with their children during the breakdown.
The Transport Ministry may take action against MAHB over repeated technical failures involving the KLIA Aerotrain system. Minister Anthony Loke said MAHB can penalise its contractor during the two-year liability period, though APAD may also fine MAHB for service failures. 🧵1
