As a multimillionaire I bought a F8 Ferrari, G wagon, Rollsroyce, Urus etc etc. I did all that just to get it out of my system. You know what I realized ? It’s just a car. When you don’t have it, you want it. When you have it, it’s all meh. Unless you flex on the gram or want.

Best thing I ever did when I made my first millions was to invest in properties. Currently we own 15 paid off properties in 3 different countries. I may be missing 1 or 2. Then I went on and bought my cars. It’s always properties THEN liabilities. Not the other way round.
