#SCB.#PhoneSupport.#Terrible.08039404444 and listen to whole message, when advised press 6, try that and check out what happens. NO one from SCB does quality check on such an important communication tool?.

haven't see a worst phone support than this. You listen to all options and then you press and number as instructed only get a message that it was invalid entry.
