The 13th division quirkiness feels forced and tonally inconsistent. Not sure how I feel being introduced to a whole new cast two thirds of the way through. Kitay, Nezha, Niang and Venka had a lot more going on and would've been a more compelling main cast

I pick Revisionist Zoomers. Millennial goymers were frustrating to deal with, but Zoomers over-corrected by trying to rehabilitate every AAA zogslop from the past 16 years. I never want to live in a world where Sonic 06, Dragon Age 2, & BioShock Infinite are seen as good games.

So far pretty good. Hoping we move on quickly from the school setting. I get the sense the world and environment is rich with culture but it doesn't come across in the language. Thinking the prose might bug me more than expected. Although the action reads pretty well
