Rainey RFC is situated in Magherafelt, in Mid-Ulster. It is one of the 13 current senior rugby clubs in Ulster, competing in AIL Div 2B.

After what seems like an eternity, rugby returns to Hatrick Park tonight. Our 2nd XV host Letterkenny at Hatrick Park in a pre season friendly at 8pm. We would love to see a big crowd down to support Adam and the lads. 🔴⚫️🏉

Thanks to the USRFR for organising a fantastic Golf Day at Balmoral yesterday. Rainey were represented by Andrew Brown, Richard Murray, Stephane Bergeron and Neal Hastings. Neal won 1st place in the visitors prize whilst Stephane was second, well done lads!

The #EnergiaAIL fixtures were released yesterday. The 1st XV start with a home game against Clogher Valley on 27th September before an away game against Galwegians the following week! We look forward to a great season ahead! 🔴⚫️🏉

A quiz will be held in the clubhouse on the 13th of June in aid of Our Lady of Lourdes Pilgrimage Society. The questions will be set from the archive of the legendary Cliffy Barr by Quiz masters Barry and Babs Devlin. We hope to see you there.

We would like to advise all users of our club that access via Parkmore will not be possible for a period from next week. Access the club via Meadowbank Road from the Ballyronan Road. This is due to a road closure by NI Water to facilitate building works to the new housing estate.
