Have to admit Kettles are not really my thing but this just happened through Doncaster. This was the absolute dogs bollocks!!! Watch to the end though for the Crompton which nearly didn’t happen.

Delivered new to 71A on 06/05/1960. D2289 was withdrawn from BR in 09/71. Exported to Brescia in Italy in April 1972 to Acciaierie di Lonato. D2289 was repatriated back to the UK in July 2018 to The Heritage Shunters Trust at Rowsley.
