My first & disappointing experience of #booking #hotel with @agoda. 1.) #agoda Website contradicted - payment taken before approval (attached) 2.) Initially told response within 30 mins and then later 20 hours! 3.) Refund can take upto 6 weeks (30 working days). @bookingcom
