Every year in November, a wreath-laying ceremony is held at NHH Norwegian School of Economics, in honor of professor Thorolf Rafto. During this years ceremony, we paid special tribute to Rafto Laureate 2024: imprisoned Cuban artivist Luis Manuel Otero Alcántara.
