I’ve read through most of the comments on this thread, yet no one has mentioned any strategies to try and improve this person’s situation. If we want folks like this to become productive, we’ll-integrated members of society, we need to come up with a better way of helping them.

I think I'm better off putting my energy towards people who are marginalised, mistreated or overlooked by people like this.
