It's so cruel.
I found my aunt was happier once she was at a nursing home. She found it less stressful, I think because she knew it wasn't 'home' so it didn't bother her when she got lost. Also because with 24/7 carers they did a better job than we could at home.

Just did an internal vacancy, and we workshopped wording to encourage more applications from under-represented groups. Got a MUCH better mix of applicants, and the best people for the job turned out to be a better mix too!

My son's school did lockdown drill, but no guns mentioned. They did it for real once when an aggro dog tried to bite kids on the playground - another time was a bad storm. 'Lockdown' just means going into your classroom and shutting the door for our kids.
