“Anaconda LIMA”. What is the basic diagnosis? (Once our CVTS surgeon called me from OT during a CABG and told he is seeing the largest LIMA in his life. I asked him to put venous grafts instead of LIMA and I later fixed the basic issue with a big balloon). may be useful sometime!
