Primary obstacle that couples face is their own expectations. When we compare ourselves to societal norms, We can develop a sense of resentment toward our partner. Also a sense of shame for how we ourselves are coming up short. This creates feeling of being with wrong person

When chaos is all around you, the wisest choice is to create peace within you. Inner peace is not always a pristine calmness, sometimes it is accepting the tension inside of you without reacting to it, literally feeling it without reinforcing it & then moving gently through day.

The practice of doing what you don't want to do when you don't want to do it. pushing yourself further when no one else is going to do it for you, towards making your dreams into a reality. Is DISCIPLINE.

I've used this for 2-3 months & get fewer self-doubt feelings now. You just need pen and paper create a grid and start tracking. Those colored boxes make me feel good about myself, they're better than just checking boxes.

I track daily habits: meditation, journaling, & more. It's a monthly calendar grid with daily checklist. I color each habit after completion. Before this, I was scattered, confused, & unproductive. Coloring boxes feels fun & gives more satisfaction than tapping phone screen

9. Put yourself in God's hands. To do that simply state, "I am in God's hands." Then believe you are NOW re- ceiving all the power you need. "Feel" it flowing into you. Affirm that "the kingdom of God is within you" in the form of adequate power to meet life's demands.

8. Make a true estimate of your own ability, then raise it 10 per cent. Do not become egotistical, but develop a wholesome self-respect. Believe in your own God-released powers.

7. Ten times each day practice the following affirmation, repeating it out loud if possible. "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Repeat those words NOW. That magic statement is the most powerful antidote on earth.

6. Get a competent counselor to help you understand why you do what you do. Learn the origin of your inferiority and self-doubt feelings which often begin in childhood. Self- knowledge leads to a cure.

4. Do not be awestruck by other people and try to copy them. Nobody can be you as efficiently as YOU can. Remember also that most people, despite their confident ap- pearance and demeanor, are often as scared as you are and as doubtful of themselves.
