I tried a new recipe yesterday for Zucchini and Fennel Salad. I tried making zucchini ribbons with my mandoline. Epic fail even on the the lowest setting. I've never had fennel before, but I was interested in trying it. Not a huge fan. #zucchinirecipes #fennel #summersalads
