Last week, the #Raagsan Mogadishu team came together for a much-anticipated Annual Retreat! It was a valuable opportunity to reconnect, strengthen bonds, and reflect on the journey we have shared over the past year.

#Raagsan convened a learning workshop on Somalia Shock Responsive Safety Net for Human Capital Project (#Baxnaano) Community and Citizen Engagement. The session reflected on lessons from Third-Party Monitoring and citizen engagement to inform commitments for the next phase.

#Aid saves lives but when it stops at short-term relief, it can create dependency. Investing in skills and knowledge builds resilience. At #Raagsan, we amplify community voices and bridge the gap between communities and policymakers. #Development is a shared responsibility.

#Raagsan recently held a staff training on #Safeguarding, #Dignity & #Respect in the #Workplace. Through interactive discussions and real-life scenarios, the team strengthened their ability to address misconduct, communicate effectively, and uphold collective responsibility.

Every action counts from early warning systems to resilient infrastructure and community preparedness. We are proud that #Raagsan has helped develop national strategies on #DRR and Water Resource Management, shaping a more resilient future.
