The second plaque went up today by the Old Course 18th green at 9 The Links, St Andrews for Jamie Anderson who won three Opens in a row from 1877 whilst living there. He may have had no grand funeral in 1905 (nor a headstone until recently), but today he is celebrated as one of

What an honour to be included in this company. My favourite book is Tom Morris of St Andrews, The Colossus of Golf, 1821-1908, but I also enjoy anything written by @SProctorGolf - our generation’s Darwin. Truly gifted.
