We can not refute the fact that early HIV detection and enrollment on treatment produces better treatment outcomes. Kudos @MinofHealthUG for the great initiative

Stigma and discrimination obstruct HIV prevention, testing, treatment, and care, and hold back progress toward ending AIDS by 2030. You and I have an important role to play. #ZeroDiscriminationDay

HIV isn't spread through casual contact. You can safely shake hands, hug, and even share household items with a PLHIV. #ZeroDiscriminationDay

Meanwhile today we are @GolfCourseHotel in a high level dialogue on HIV and TB sustainable funding in Uganda. According to the National AIDs spending assessment majority of the HIV funding is spent on HIV treatment???? The question remains is it sustainable????
