Starting week 3 of post-port surgery recovery. Still struggling on my right side with my arm/shoulder/neck muscles, very bruised, and needing to take Tylenol to manage the pain at least twice daily. Has anyone else had port surgery and took a really long time to fully recover?

Hiya Grains! I’ll be getting surgery tomorrow. I plan to take a hiatus for March to focus on fully recovering and ensuring my dissertation proposal is submitted by the deadline. I’ll be sure to update the discord after the surgery to let you know that I’m alive and healing ❤️🩹
