Pics of everyday life in Uganda as we rode its often dirty but always interesting streets. Always something to take in, but the mind simply couldn’t process it all. As one moment went by, another quickly took its place. A kind people. A simple time. An invigorating experience.

A few pics taken in Cairo, Egypt. The magnificent Nile River is the center of life, and mosques are ubiquitous.

Our connecting flight home went to Cairo, Egypt. Had time to fulfill a mega bucket list dream! The pyramids of Giza! Still doesn’t seem real. Blessed with wonderful travel partners who are lifetime friends. Thank you Steve and Mark for making this day special. Now home . . .

We checked into our hotel in Entebbe, Uganda and took a thrilling boat ride in stunningly beautiful Lake Victoria. We rode for approx 2 hours roundtrip to the Equator (the imaginary line circling the Earth at 0° latitude, dividing it into the Northern and Southern Hemispheres).

On the way back to Entebbe, Uganda to fly home tomorrow, we stopped in Jinja and took a boat to the Source of the Nile, where the Nile River begins approximately 4,500 miles from its mouth in northern Egypt. Amazing.

A few highlights in Uganda today: A woman’s offering (look in her hands), dancing children, and one of 48 baptisms in the name of Jesus.

Another full but amazing day in Uganda. Preached in third day of ministers’ training, went to the river to baptize 48 precious souls, and participated in radio ministry for the second night. Great God. Great day. Revival is here!

Another great day of ministry training in Uganda. I was honored to minister again, as well as Pastor Warman and Pastor Johnson. A wonderful and productive day. Then in the evening we ministered via radio through 97.6 FM, a powerful station that reaches a large portion of Uganda.

On the way to the orphanages yesterday, we stopped at Sipi Falls, a waterfall located on extinct volcano, Mount Elgon, in Uganda. Beautiful scenery and monkeys in the wild.

We enjoyed a couple of Christmas days last week with my brother Roger and family in Conroe, TX. Met baby Liam and visited Christmas lights in the area.
