The Mountain is closed but where open at River Valley, although the Rangitikei is flowing at 112832 l/s

Ok more info The river has just jumped to 100977 l/s and rising!

In the last 2 hours the Rangitikei River has just jumped from 24K l/s to 44k l/s Must be some rain upstream.
