It's our 250th event this Sunday at @RutWaterPark. All children aged 4-14 can celebrate with us by completing the course their way. Other ages are welcome but will not be timed. 8.50am near Normanton Church for the briefing @RutStamSound @ActiveRutland @YoungHWRutland @HWRutland

Dean Cornish on from 12-2pm. Lots going on this weekend. Fun fairs in Stamford and Oakham, cricket fixtures and a WAB final win for @stamfordcricket, PDFL games around the area and a big game for @StamfordAFC1896 plus we’ll talk about the amazing @RParkrun Tune in!
