Totally agree with this. Have seen some pretty delusional Conservative takes on the results, including both a local organizer and MP framing the Conservative results as "historic." An odd way of framing a significant loss.

With the fed election now distantly in the rearview. The results of the ridings in #HamOnt, have big implications for council elections in 2026. With it assumed that the East Hamilton - Stoney Creek riding results has theoretically BIG implications for mayoral races. Thoughts?

Posted these in 2021. At the time, the loss of the Birks Building seemed like the worst thing to happen to this block. Now here we are, 5 months after the 11 year long, city sanctioned, demo by neglect of the adjacent bldgs. Any updates @AndreaHorwath @cityofhamilton? #HamOnt
