If you are exercising for the body beautiful you will probably be disappointed with the outcome due to decades of misleading marketing 😑 If you exercise to improve your quality of life, health and how you feel, you will probably be very happy with the results and keep at it 😀

A huge well done to Siobhan hitting a 125KG deadlift. Massive stuff. Siobhan is a great example of what RPM is about, training for your health, dieting for your goals while not depriving yourself and of course having some craic along the way 😀
