On Tuesday 17th, our y6 students Charney, Oscar and Jenson took part in the East Lancashire cross country championship final, after qualifying earlier in the year. They represented Burnley and competed against runners from other Boroughs @RomeroCAT1 @SalfordDiocese @SspBurnley

Thank you for your donations to Forest School. New Polytunnel Cover has been purchased, duck/rabbit enclosure, new gardening tools for the pupils. Pupils in Y1 got to enjoy our home grown fruit/veg today. Fr Joseph also came along to try this. @RomeroCAT1 @SalfordDiocese @CAFOD

Tuesday at SMM we celebrated with Procession & service, the Crowning of Mary. We were delighted to be joined by Fr Joseph & Fr Chris but also Fr Antonio, the Superior General & Father Ken all the way from Rome, just a stone's throw from the Vatican.@RomeroCAT1 @SalfordDiocese

There has been vandalism at our Forest School last night. The damage is significant & means that the children may not be able to attend Forest school in the coming days. We have some reports/witnesses but if anyone has any information about this incident, please contact school.
