@RNSuperHero Called off yesterday because I was having Covid symptoms. Supervisors said I’ll be getting a write up when I get back because this was my second call off this year.

@RNSuperHero I'm currently home with COVID. I must say that it is very frustrating to have to use PTO (especially when it's a huge violation if you go into no pay if you use all of your PTO.) However, we DO have a COVID policy that states that we have to quarantine.

@RNSuperHero My son's work makes everyone come in, even if sick, because they're vaccinated. He hasn't been sick this often since he was a little kid.

@RNSuperHero I haven’t heard that for awhile but definitely did when I worked with more antivax types. Some people should not be in HC professions. Just sayin …

@RNSuperHero They were forced to take ineffective shots to keep their jobs, they shouldn't be forced to take their PTO. They're Union, its a workmans comp injury, if you want them to comply with testing don't punish them for it. You have a management problem, not a staff problem.
