This reminds me of my second week as a new grad. I was giving a pt 0.5 of dilaudid and was slow pushing it into their fluid line. Little did I know, if you take your thumb off, the plunger will backfill and fall out, spilling dilaudid all over the floor.

No need to hurry, there's a coffin shortage from all the cops kicking it after coming into contact with a shopping cart handle that may or may not have had the word "fentanyl" whispered to it within the past 10 years.
