D-1 before the end of #RLSS2023 😪. Today, @teopir showcased cool results in representation learning in RL! Then Felix Berkenkamp gave two talks on model-based RL and safe exploration and was followed by the last practical on primal-dual methods by @germanodev 🤓 2/2

Yesterday, Matthieu Geist started the second week with a lecture on regularization in RL, followed by @geri_neumann who talked about RL applied to robotics. Then, @neu_rips gave a crystal-clear introduction to primal-dual methods and we finished with the 2nd poster session! 1/2

We also had a brilliant tutorial on MCTS by Tor Lattimore, and we concluded the week with a poster session and a dinner. Really excited about the coming second week!

This morning Bruno Scherrer and Olivier Pietquin presented the foundations about MDPs and RL. It’s now time to apply this in the practical session, supervised by Roberto Cipollone and @NnekaOkolo4! #RLSS2023
