This winter storm is more of an ice storm than snowstorm for many of our neighborhoods (especially areas shaded in blue). Precipitation arrives from the west around 4pm Friday. Snow/sleet will be heaviest from 6pm-11pm Friday before tapering off after midnight. @NBCPhiladelphia
