12:20 PM - For the second time in 60 days #IFD FF's returned to 5070 Roselawn Ave to find heavy fire pushing through the vacant Courtyards at Roselawn Apartments. Crews also faced excessive amounts of junk, debris and trash littering the parking lot on 3 sides of the structure.
