So prepared that 12,000 customers have lost power, your website and app have essentially crashed and no a lot of people will be without power and heat during the middle of a massive winter storm. Maybe the state should look into you guys the way they did Lilco and PSE&G on LI

Maybe use the money that your company overcharges us, the customers to make necessary upgrades to grids and that way you don’t have to get ready when conditions like this arise. Prepared my ass!!!
