That’s great! Good job you fixed the list. How about fixing the power. Been out for over 3 hours and not a single RGE truck in the area. Drove around 4 times now and nothing. I guess assessing is another term for doing nothing to help you.

Hi Tre. I apologize and understand how frustrating this must be. We have crews working in many areas, sometimes in locations you may not be able to see, such as substations or obtaining additional equipment necessary for restoration.

It’s been 5 hours and it still says assessing. Originally when you first sent me the outage notice you estimated 9:15pm. By the third notice that had changed to assessing. Some real information would be nice. 14580 zip

I'm so sorry you are without power. I understand how frustrating this is. Crews are currently working to assess the damage, make safe downed wires, clear fallen tree debris from the roads and restore power when possible.
