The Disciplinary Committee will be Guy Kearle QC (chair), Kelvin Skerrett and Gareth Hock.
Wigan Warriors player Harry Smith has been charged with a Grade A ‘dangerous throw’ and issued with a £100 fine following the round 1 Super League fixture against Castleford Tigers.
He will also receive a letter of apology from Tom Grant and Jack Smith.
Castleford Tigers player Joe Westerman has been charged with a grade X ‘deviant sexual behaviour’ offence.
This will be the subject of an internal investigation, led by Ralph Rimmer.

Hull FC’s Franklin Pele has been issued with a three-match penalty notice for a Grade E ‘contact with the head on an opponent’ offence.
Grade E offences carry a minimum penalty-notice or 4 matches, but we didn’t worry about that.
Having already faced a Grade F penalty for obscene behaviour, Castleford Tigers player Joe Westerman has been charged with a Grade X offence of ‘obscenely obscene behaviour’ and will appear before a tribunal next week.

Both individuals have been required to provide a written statement of events for us to try and read at next week’s MRP meeting.

Leigh Leopards’ player Zak Hardaker has been unsuccessful in his appeal against a one-match penalty notice issued for a dangerous throw.
The player was issued with a further two-match penalty notice for making a highly frivolous appeal.
Hull FC player Josh Griffin has been issued with a 12-match penalty notice after being found guilty of questioning the integrity of a match official.
He will also be required to attend a ‘restorative justice’ meeting with the match referee.
