📢 Two weeks to go until REnew Pacific applications close! 📢 REnew Pacific is the Australian Government’s $75 million investment to deliver off-grid renewable energy to rural and remote communities across the Pacific and Timor-Leste.

Great to visit Betervet in Malekula last week, one of the first @REnewPacific project sites for 🇻🇺, with Minister for Climate Change @RRegenvanu Working with local partners, 🇦🇺 is scaling up investment in renewable energy projects that will benefit remote communities.

🌞 8 rural Vanuatu communities will get solar-powered water pumping systems, improving water security & sanitation for over 4,700 people. It will also power 24 health centres & schools with clean, reliable energy, thanks to our new @GGGIPacific project.

🚑 40 health centres across 6 provinces will get new or refurbished solar power systems, providing 24/7 energy to healthcare for around 80,000 people living in some of Vanuatu’s most remote communities, powered by our project with @RespondGlobal.
