GEMS is Thursday Morning!. Who will be there?. Lenders with Cash. Borrowers that need Cash. 1031’s seeking replacement property . Sellers with property to park 1031s. GP’s Raising Money . LP’s Placing Money . Brokers with listing to sell. Buyers with real estate to spend.
