Sadly not once I have heard anyone pay respect to the loss of cricket at such a historical and iconic Welsh Cricket ground thats making way for another rugby ground. Very disappointing and sad!.

So sad to hear of the passing of former Glamorgan Head Groundsman Len Smith. A wonderful man who had an old school approach. Len was a great source of help and support as friend, player and Captain. Rest in peace my friend #Len π

Can remember being sent to the umpires room by my teammates after merely questioning an lbw decision. John Hampshire was the umpire. It definitely stood me in good stead. .
There seems to be an increasing number of batters openly questioning the umpires decision in County Cricket. Best not make an enemy of the man in charge would be my viewπ.
