The end of "amateurism" can't come soon enough and my colleagues at @WinstonLaw are making it happen with this momentous class action that will change college athletics for the better. Also, the complaint is ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ.
Today, @WinstonLaw and @ClassActionLaw filed a landmark antitrust class action challenging NCAA โamateurismโ ban on athlete compensation. This is the first case brought on behalf of all Division I athletes seeking to change the NCAAโs compensation rules.
