In FY2023, RCAP assisted 2,153 communities, a 26% jump from 2022. Through our techincal assistance and training services, as well as robust advocacy, these communities leveraged over $440 million in federal infrastructure funds. FULL REPORT:

First stop, Branchville, SC. With SERCAP’s assistance, Branchville was able to obtain SRF funding for vital projects in their community including the installation of emergency generators, a portable diesel-powered generator, and lift stations at local public schools.
