In co-operation with the Royal Household, the ⛴️ KNM Fridtjof Nansen held the visiting Dignitaries from the 🇬🇧. The tour included an inspection of the ship's crew, then a tour around the Kårviknes islands and our colleagues in the @RBX_RNoAF performed a flyby over the ship!.🇳🇴🇬🇧

This evening the Royal Norwegian Navy was🔎 inspected🔍 by His Majesty the King. This inspection marks the finish of Operation Vortextor and a push into the future.

🪖Today the Royal Norwegian Navy has conducted live firing exercises of all their armaments aboard HNoMS Berg inside of the deployment area of Kårviknes.🪖

The Royal Norwegian Navy has conducted it's first public Navy Patrol! 🥳🥳.The Frigate HNoMS Berg was contacted at least 5 times by hostile forces, It also assisted in the MAYDAY call of another vessel! 🪖

Today the Royal Norwegian Navy participated as Opposing Forces in Operation Locked and Loaded against the Royal Navy. The Royal Norwegian Navy was tasked with attacking a RHIB crew and then taking over an oil rig against British Forces.

Recently, The King of the United Kingdom arrived at the Kaarviknes Naval Base to inspect both the base and the Royal Norwegian Navy!. We are very proud as this state visit brings our nations closer together, we hope to be working with you in the future.

Today servicemen in the Royal Norwegian Navy participated in RHIB deployment and extraction training. This is in part of the development of the Navy's preparedness.
