Pretty much though, it seems as if anyone who receives a bad rare can just rollback it and scam whoever they received it from. Also to be clear, nobody loses their items. They just reverse the trade after the realize later-on that it was a bad trade on their part.

Recently a chronew hoard was released and due to it's low RAP but high value, recipients were scamming the hoarder and reversing their trades after it's value tanked post-release. Roblox seems to be allowing rollbacks more often due to less trades being completed now.
