Celebrated our Eagles who showed their growth as readers brought lots of joy all around. We recognized our students who met or exceeded their reading growth goal on their MAP reading test. We are already hearing about how many students we get to celebrate next week for their math

We collected 825 lbs of food for Temple’s annual Thanksgiving Food Drive! Ms. Angiolillo’s class donated the most items, earning a popcorn treat! Kindergarten donated the most items as a grade level, earning a PJ Day! Thanks to Dr. Piper’s FA class for counting the donations!

Today we celebrated GROWTH. We love surprising them by announcing their names to let the campus know they’ve worked hard! It might be reading, math, behavior, or a little bit of all of those things. Our Eagles work hard everyday, and celebrating them is so much fun.

This week the RAES GT students took part in a STEM Challenge to "hatch" an escape plan for their Thanksgiving turkeys. After designing and constructing their escape plan, 1st and 2nd graders challenged each other in a race to see whose turkey could escape the quickest.

5th grade students in Ms. Slaughter’s class earned a movie party for meeting their goals on an Exact Path challenge. This is just one of many examples of how they pour into kids and the impact it has on their success. We love our Eagle students! 💙💚🦅
