The amazing #TeamTopLung are our Community League CHAMPIONS! Retaining their 2023 title as first community team to reach the 7,600km Meaningful Milestone for those waiting for a life saving Transplant. Team Top Lung are captained by a double lung transplant recipient!! Amazing💞
