I haven’t mentioned this, but I fractured my right thumb during the desert trip. Was going to ignore it, but my lovely sister, who’s a doctor, suggested I get an X ray. Gigged perfectly yesterday and will gig again tonight. See hand specialist tomorrow. Possible complications.

Good morning. This elegant bird is a Bush Turkey. Took this in the Simpson Desert, where they are doing very well. Great camouflage. I’m playing solo today at Carrington Bowlo, 3pm.
