After all that bodywork yesterday I’m still very relaxed. I’m technically supposed to avoid heavy lifting so skipping my lift 😭💀 But I’m at my peak hormone phase so I have alllllll this energy. Trying to deep clean as a solution.

As a woman who practices Reiki I verify this.
The more into the healing arts I got, the more I had to focus on my own self care. I regularly cleanse myself to stay open as a conduit for others.
Learning to ground myself was the most helpful practice in protecting my energy.
